Yes, everything is tailored to your overall business strategy, goals, audience, and team capacity. I'll use the initial 90-minute deep dive session to really understand you, your business, and what you want to get out of The Mhor Method. Each step of the process will be tailored to you and fully collaborative.
Once the programme ends I'll deliver a 90-day marketing plan on top of the other documents and resources we've built out during the programme to help you keep things moving. You can also retain me for ongoing support or coaching sessions if you'd like to.
Absolutely! We’ll refine and build on what you've already got in place to clearly define a marketing strategy you can use going forward and develop a plan to optimise your other marketing channels.
The initial marketing strategy development will take up to 2 weeks once we have our initial deep-dive call and I'll be in regular contact throughout this period to ensure we're on the right track. After this is in place, we'll work together for another 6 weeks with weekly 60-minute coaching sessions to build out your content/social plan, channel campaigns, and measurement/optimisation together.
